  • Dismantle and dispose 2 x 4MW Motors and Install 2 x 4MW new motors.
  • Dismantle 2 Vertical turbine Pumps for Refurbishment.
  • Supply and install new platforms to match new motor and pump structure.
  • Assemble pumps on site after service and install them back in its position (work in Progress).
  • Install platform and flow meter in the water channel for flow measurement.
EMT delivered 60% of this project and is in progress rest of the works on time and on budget to meet client requirements, with a high level of quality and safety.

  • Clean and prepare tanks for rebuild
  • Concrete repairing work on both the tanks
  • Epoxy coating of surfaces where specified
  • Fabricate all replacement components in 316 grade stainless steel
  • Reconstruct the clarifier using the new 316 stainless components
  • Replacement of electrical control gear and slipring assembly
  • Testing and commissioning
